By popular demand! In this workshop I will teach you how to make your own homemade herbal mead. Meads are honey wines that can be made with raw unpasteurized honey, and incorporate many different healing herbs as well as nutrient dense juices from fruits and berries. I will show you how you can make your own herbal mead preparations with just a few all-natural ingredients and simple low-tech methods. You will be making your own quart sized batch of mead to take home and you will get to sample a few finished herbal meads as well.
