Handcrafted herbal infused honeys made with fresh organic herbs and local honey.
Miss Mullein’s Herbal Honeys are made on the farm by carefully infusing fresh herbs into local honey. The delicate aromatics, flavours and medicinal properties are extracted into the honey using cold or warm processes, always maintaining the raw unpasteurized quality of the honey. We use organic herbs from the farm and herbs sustainably and respectfully wildcrafted on the Island and other parts of the province. Add to teas, baking, cooking, dressings, or take a spoonful to enjoy the medicinal benefits.
All herbal honeys are $12/125ml
The flavours are concentrated, a little goes a long way. Herbal honey has a shelf life of 5 years or more.
