Miss Mullein’s Herbal Honeys are made on the farm by carefully infusing fresh herbs into local honey. The delicate aromatics, flavours and medicinal properties are extracted into the honey using cold or warm processes, always maintaining the raw unpasteurized quality of the honey. We use organic herbs from the farm and herbs sustainably and respectfully wildcrafted on the Island and other parts of the province.
As long as we have access to fresh herbs and local honey new batches, blends, and varieties are always in the making! The flavours are concentrated, a little goes a long way. Herbal honey has a shelf life of 5 years or more.

Lavender Herbal Honey $9/125ml
The taste of summer! The lavender flowers are harvested at Ravenhill just as the first flowers begin to open and contain their highest volatile oil content. Lavender honey is a perfect compliment to teas, baking, and sweetening just about anything! A spoonful is calming and centering, helping to create a balanced and positive state of being.
Ingredients: Unpasteurized honey, Lavendula angustifolia
Sweet Basil Herbal Honey $11/125ml
A must have among chefs and culinary connoisseurs. Lovely drizzled on everything from salmon to vanilla ice cream. The energy of sweet basil is clearing, playful, and uplifting. Sweet basil is detoxifying and adaptogenic.
Ingredients: Unpasteurized honey, Ocimum basilicum
Sage Herbal Honey $9/125ml
Sweet and savory, a favorite in dressings. We use fresh organic sage leaves harvested from the farm just before the plant is about to burst into purple-blue sea of flower spikes. The sage is then warm infused into local BC honey. Sage honey is soothing for sore dry throats and coughs.

Douglas Fir Herbal Honey $9/125ml
The succulent new shoots of Douglas fir are wildcrafted on the Island and warm-infused into local BC honey. One of our most popular honeys! Grounding energy of the forest. Fir tip honey is a great spring tonic, high in vitamin C and cleansing to the body.

Wild Rose Herbal Honey $12/125ml
Unforgettable. Wild rose petals wildcrafted on the Saanich Peninsula delicately cold infused into local BC honey. The most precious and expensive of all our herbal honeys. Rose is soothing & anti-depressant, invoking feelings of intense well being, happiness and hope.

Lemon Balm Herbal Honey $9/125ml
One of our best selling honeys at markets. Loved equally by adults and children. A natural mood enhancer, and mildly anti-viral. It has been said that lemon balm’s magic is a calm and gentle friend to keep you in good cheer.

St. John’s Wort Herbal Honey $11/125ml
A favorite at markets. Great to have on the herbal remedies shelf. The beautiful deep red hue of this honey is due to pigments in the St. John’s wort flowers. Anti-viral and anti-depressant.

Mint Herbal Honey $9/125ml
Truly delicious and refreshing. The leaves of English mint warm infused into local honey. Great for teas or culinary use. The spicy sharpness of the mint contrasts nicely with the delicate sweetness of the honey. A must try!

Grand Fir Herbal Honey $9/125ml
A West Coast treat! A lovely way to connect with the aromatics and energetics of the forest. Similar in flavour to our Douglas fir honey but with a stronger more citrus-like flavour. Warming and uplifting. Also a lovely spring tonic and high in vitamin C.
Ingredients: Unpasteurized honey, Abies grandis
Yarrow Herbal Honey $9/125ml
Unique in flavour and a yummy medicinal. Yarrow leaves and flowers are collected at the farm when the plants are in peak bloom. Yarrow honey is lovely added to warming teas, such as ginger, to help fight of colds and flus, and for fevers.

Balsam Root Herbal Honey $12/125ml
Our balsam root is wildcrafted in the hot dry BC desert. Delightful citrusy balsam flavour. This wonderful medicinal honey is a powerful immune booster, also a sailagogue it is soothing to dry sore throats.

Fennel Seed Herbal Honey $9/125ml
A treat for all ages. Fresh Ravenhill fennel seeds are harvested at unripened green stage. Great in tea, dressings and marinades. Fennel seed honey helps with digestion, yummy and soothing to the tummy!
